Disclosed is a wireless apparatus which has: a power amplifier, which amplifies inputted signals and outputs the amplified signals to an antenna; an acquiring section which acquires the signal level of transmitting signals specified by an external apparatus; a reflected wave detecting section which detects waves reflected toward the power amplifier from the antenna; a correcting section which corrects, corresponding to the signal level of the reflected waves, a voltage to be applied to the power amplifier; and a stopping section, which stops the correcting section in the case where the signal level acquired by the acquiring section is lower than a first threshold value or in the case where the signal level of the reflected waves is lower than a second threshold value.
