<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of changing a contribution degree of each of edges to a position posture calculation process using a model in which each of edges are provided with reliability, when a position and a posture of an object are calculated. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional measurement apparatus produces a plurality of viewpoint images obtained by observing an object to be measured at a plurality of different viewpoints using a three-dimensional geometric model, detects edges of the object to be measured as second edges from each of the plurality of viewpoint images, calculates reliability of first edges based on a result of corresponding each of the first edges to each of the second edges in the three-dimensional geometric model, and produces a model with reliability, obtained by providing the three-dimensional geometric model with reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
