<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cope with the correction (adjustment) of operation processes in a short period of time when the operation processes are managed by displaying a plurality of operation processes in a display means by a Gantt chart for expressing the respective operation processes with the use of rectangular areas where operation start periods are defined as front edges and operation termination periods are as rear edges. <P>SOLUTION: In the process 3, the heights of the rectangular areas are expressed by increase in response to increased ratios concerning workpieces B, C, D for performing an operation with increased efficiency with respect to workpieces A, E for performing an operation with normal efficiency. Thus, a worker easily visually recognizes the present efficiency in each operation process, and also, when the operation processes have to be corrected (adjusted) because of the change of a delivery period or the occurrence of interruption of another operation, etc., in the previously generated operation processes, easily copes with the correction (adjustment) of the operation processes in a short period of time, for example, in which operation process the operation efficiency has to be improved, and how long operation time is shortened, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
