<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of delamination, with respect to a paper container constructed of a body piece and a bottom piece both with lamination, while to strengthen the adhesion between the body piece and bottom piece. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to the body piece 10, the whole area of surface from the inner surface of a body 11 thereof up to the external surface of a standing section 13 is made a laminated surface 14, while the other surface is made into a non-laminated surface. With regard to the bottom piece 20, a range of area from the upper surface of a body 21 up to the external surface of a vertically downwardly folded part 22 is made a wholly laminated surface 23, while the other surface is made into a dotted surface 24 with synthetic-resin-dots uniformly distributed for existence. After the body piece 10 and bottom piece 20 are bonded together, steam escapes from the non-laminated surface of the body piece 10 and from the spaces between dots on the dotted surface 24 of the bottom piece 20, thereby delamination is prevented. The dots on the vertically downwardly folded part 22 of the bottom piece 20 are brought to be melted for it to perform the function as an adhesive, thus the adhesion to the body piece 10 is strengthened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
