<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a roasted grain extract, by which the liquid-collecting rate of the roasted grain extract is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the roasted grain extract satisfies the following conditions: the roasted grains are charged in an amount of ≥10×X g into a device having a bottom area of X square cm, and the liquid-collecting rate is ≥50% within one hour from an aqueous solvent charge-starting time, when extracted with ≥100×X g of the aqueous solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
