<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided mold release film which can be used suitably in a manufacturing step of photo-curable resin layer, absorbs ultraviolet light, and has well-controlled dimensional stability and mold releasability at UV irradiation. <P>SOLUTION: The double-sided mold release film has a mold release layer formed on both sides of a polyester film containing 0.03 to 5 wt.% of a fluorescent brightener. In addition, the light transmittance of the film in the wavelength region of 360 to 370 nm is not more than 20%, and the ordinary peel strength of the mold release layer on both surfaces of the film is 10 to 130 mN/cm. Further, the ratio of the ordinary peel strength between both surfaces of the film is 2 to 6, and the rate of residual adhesion of both mold release layers is not less than 80%. Besides, the dimensional change of the film between before and after the irradiation of ultraviolet rays falls within the range of -0.5 to 0.5% both in the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
