<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality management system in the carrying-in job site of ready mixed concrete and the writing/reading device of an IC tag for achieving the reliability and simplicity of management and the reduction of management costs by automatically inputting necessary information to an IC tag in ready mixed concrete at the passage site of the sending part (chute or hose or the like) of ready mixed concrete to be discharged from a carrier at the carrying-in job site of ready mixed concrete. <P>SOLUTION: The quality management system in the carrying-in job site of ready mixed concrete is configured to mix an IC tag which has input ready mixed concrete related information in a ready mixed concrete manufacturing stage in ready mixed concrete, and to carry in the ready mixed concrete in which the IC tag has been mixed to the carrying-in job site, and to input carrying-in related information to the IC tag, wherein information in the case of shipping ready mixed concrete is input to the IC tag 1, and a writing/reading device 15 is installed at a ready mixed concrete sending part connected to the ready mixed concrete carrier at an unloading job site, and the carrying-in related information is written in the IC tag 1 inside the ready mixed concrete passing through the ready mixed concrete sending part by the writing/reading device 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
