<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coldness and warmth feeling display device transmitting image information only with a coldness and warmth feeling. <P>SOLUTION: A coldness and warmth feeling display device is provided with: a touched member 7 having a surface area with which a user can bring his or her palm into contact; a plurality of electrothermal modules 11 arranged such that heat can be transmitted to the back face of the touched member 7 for partially cooling or heating the touched member in response to a cooling command or a heating command; and a control command generation device 5 for generating a cooling command or a heating command. The plurality of electrothermal modules are arranged like a matrix along the back face of the touched member 7 with density making it possible for the plurality of electrothermal modules 11 to simultaneously cool or heat the plurality of regions of the touched member 7 with which the palm of the user is brought into contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
