<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for adjusting loft and lie of a golf club head, which is compact and convenient to carry and which improves facility and accuracy of the club head adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 includes: an actuator 20 having an operation shaft; a base 14 having a base plane; a first actuator mount 22 associating the actuator with the base at a first position; a second actuator mount 24 associating the actuator with the base at a second position; and a clamp 16 associating the golf club head with the base. When the actuator is in the first position, the operation shaft is substantially perpendicular to the base plane.
