PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated floor structure with high installation efficiency. SOLUTION: This base-isolated floor structure includes: a floor supporting portion 4 which is formed by fixing bases 2, each top surface of which is provided with a sliding surface 1, at a predetermined pitch on a floor base 3; a movable structure portion 8 formed in a square lattice shape, in which sliding bases 6 having a lower end slidably supported on the sliding surface 1 of the fixing base 2 and having a floor supporting leg 5 erected on a top surface are coupled together by means of a joint beam 7 so that the sliding bases 6 are positioned at lattice points; and a plurality of floor panels 9 which are disposed on the movable structure portion 8. The joint beam 7 is coupled to the sliding base 6 so as to be capable of maintaining the lattice shape in a plan view by using a vertically screwed bolt 10. The height of each of the joint beams 7 is adjusted in a height adjustment portion 11 so as to be flush with each other; and the floor panel 9 is supported in an uncoupled state by having back sides of four corners supported on the top surface of the floor supporting leg 5.
