PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent not only in property balance and chromogenic property but also in scratch resistance and avoids faulty molding due to mold contamination, and a molded article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition includes a silicone compound (D) obtained by graft polymerizing a reactive polyorganosiloxane to an olefinic polymer in an amount of 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition containing 20-80 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin (A), 15-50 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer (B) obtained by graft copolymerizing at least one monomer selected from a group including an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and a (meth)acrylic ester monomer in the presence of a rubbery polymer, and 5-65 pts.wt. of a (co)polymer (C) obtained by copolymerizing at least one monomer selected from a group including an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and a (meth)acrylic ester monomer.
