PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house intercom system which eliminates such a troublesomeness of a resident that the resident has to answer a call from a visitor two times and release a lock, without impairing security and does not cause an increase in cost. SOLUTION: When a resident performs a unlocking operation on the basis of a call from a visitor in a main collective entrance unit 10, a main automatic door 20 is unlocked, and a password that is effective only one time to unlock the floor automatic door 40 corresponding to a living room master unit 60 is displayed on a display part 12 of the main collective entrance unit 10.
