PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel spool stopper device preventing the reverse feed of a reel spool due to vibration during charge and reaction during winding a lower winding when charging the lower winding remaining on a reel spool forming a winding into a pulper after supplying the winding to a winder device for working into a small-width and small-diameter small winding. SOLUTION: A stopper block 11 is rockably supported at its center on the side face of an extending rail 4 on which the reel spool 1 rolls. It has a counter weight portion 11b and a stopper end 11c formed at one end and at the other end, respectively so that the stopper end 11c is protruded beyond the upper face of the rail 4 by the weight of the counterweight portion 11b. When moved from the side of the counter weight portion 11b to the side of the stopper end 11c, the reel spool 1 pushes the stopper end 11c down, and when reversely fed, it abuts on the stopper end 11c protruded upward of the rail 4 and its movement is prevented.
