PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device for adding X-ray inspection to an already built conveying line at low cost and in a saved space. SOLUTION: In this X-ray inspection device 100, a receiver 600 receives an article B from a belt conveyor 900. Then, an X-ray inspection unit 700 performs contamination inspection of the article B received from the receiver 600. Then, a delivery unit 800 deliveries the article B inspected by the X-ray inspection unit 700 to the belt conveyor 900. An X-ray leak preventing cover 910 prevents leakage of X-rays radiated from the X-ray inspection unit 700. The receiver 600 and delivery unit 800 include a receiving table 611 that has a mounting unit of the article B formed of only a plane and mounts and conveys the article B, a delivery table 811, a guide plate 621 for assisting the movement of the article B, auxiliary guides 622 and 623, a guide plate 821, and auxiliary guides 822 and 823, respectively.
