PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch the display to one in response to a motion state. SOLUTION: This body motion detector includes; a body section; a display section which is installed in the body section; a control section; and a detecting section which detects the acceleration of the body section. The control section includes: a deciding section which decides the motion state of a user who wears the body section conforming to the acceleration detected by the detecting section (a step S110, a step S120, a step S131, a step S132, a step S141 and a step S142); and a display control section which switches the display state of the display section conforming to the decision of the motion state by the deciding section (a step S134, a step S143 and a step S152).
