PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reduction system of a vehicle for reducing transmission of vibration when the vibration by the rotation of a tire becomes a vibration source. SOLUTION: The vibration reduction system of a vehicle includes: an ACM 3a producing vibrating force; a sensor 9 detecting vibration in a predetermined position inside the vehicle; a sensor 7 measuring the number of revolutions of a wheel; and a control device 11. The control device 11 generates a reference signal with a signal frequency which is real number times that of a rotation pulse signal based on the rotation pulse signal from the sensor 7, makes the ACM 3a generate vibrating force based on a signal obtained from the sensor 9 detecting vibration and the reference signal, and performs control to reduce vibration occurring in the predetermined position inside the vehicle.
