PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create the same exercise as a walking exercise in a sitting posture, to improve the blood circulation of feet, to prevent stiffness of a body and to prevent lumbago or the like. SOLUTION: A foot roller 11 is a shaft-shaped roller having large diameter parts 13 and 13 of a circular cross-section formed at both end parts and having a foot mounting part 12 narrower than the large diameter parts 13 and 13 formed at the intermediate part, the foot mounting part 12 has a plurality of circular arc parts 22 for massaging the sole on the outer periphery, and it can roll on a floor G by a rolling part 13. Further, since the foot roller 11 creates an instable state that the whole easily rolls, just by mounting the feet, the exercise of the feet adopting the element of walking is created.
