PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipophilic surface layer material which has excellent characteristics of the conventional melamine resin decorative sheet, moreover, is made inconspicuous even when stain (in particular, the stain due to an oily component) is attached and can be easily made invisible by wiping work, and to provide a lipophilic decorative sheet made by using the lipophilic surface layer material. SOLUTION: The lipophilic surface layer material which can be used for the surface of the decorative sheet comprises a first surface and a second surface, wherein a lipophilic resin layer is formed on at least the uppermost surface of the first surface, and the lipophilic resin layer is formed of a lipophilic resin composition containing a melamine resin and an oil-modified alkyd resin.
