Disclosed is a hum noise detection device provided with a frequency conversion unit (1) which performs a frequency conversion process to input signals at constant time interval, and converts the input signals to frequency signals, a stationary peak frequency calculation unit (2) which calculates a stationary peak frequency on the basis of the frequency signals, a fundamental frequency estimation unit (3) which estimates a fundamental frequency of hum noise on the basis of the stationary peak frequency, and a hum noise judgment unit (4) which judges whether the hum noise is present in the input signal on the basis of the estimated fundamental frequency and the stationary peak frequency.
