<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system that follows the load variation beyond the rating and preventing service life from being shortened. <P>SOLUTION: First upper limit power which is maximum rated power, and second upper limit power exceeding the first upper limit power, are set as maximum generation power of a fuel cell 3, in a control part 5. When the required generation power of the fuel cell 3 exceeds the first upper limit power, the control part 5 changes the maximum generation power to the second upper limit power, and carries out at least one of an operation mode of improving carbon monoxide resistance of the fuel cell 3 and an operation mode of reducing carbon monoxide in hydrogen gas supplied to the fuel cell 3 by a fuel treating machine 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
