<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent grease from inflowing from a deceleration room to a motor room with a simple structure capable of preventing a cost increase, in a vehicular electric brake device in which a motor case is composed of a bottomed cylindrical yoke with a flange, a brush holder made of resin, a lid member for sandwiching the brush holder between itself and the yoke, and the flange, which allows the peripheral portion of the brush holder to be interposed between itself and a caliper body, forms the deceleration room between the caliper body and the motor case to be fastened to the caliper body, and then a ball bearing with a seal for preventing grease from inflowing to a portion between a motor shaft and the lid member is interposed therebetween, and further a motion conversion mechanism for converting a rotative power into an axial reciprocation of a brake piston is coupled to the motor shaft via a reduction gear housed in the deceleration room. <P>SOLUTION: A labyrinthine communicating path 123 for coupling the deceleration room 59 and the motor room 84 together is formed in the periphery of the motor case 83. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
