<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure information measurement device which carries out pulse wave measurement accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The blood pressure information measurement device 1A comprises a body 10 provided with a pressure pump 31B and an air discharge valve 32B, and a cuff 20 provided with a pulse wave measurement air bag 23 and a blood pressure value measurement air bag 24. The pulse wave measurement air bag 23 is wrapped around the proximal side of the upper arm and the blood pressure value measurement air bag 24 is wrapped around the distal side of the upper arm. The blood pressure value measurement air bag 24 is connected to the pressure pump 31B and the air discharge valve 32B via a first tube section L1, and the pulse wave measurement air bag 23 is connected to the first tube section L1 via a second tube section L2 which branches off from the first tube section L1. The second tube section L2 is provided with a two-port valve 50 which can switch the pulse wave measurement air bag 23 and the first tube section L1 between being connected and disconnected, and a pressure sensor 33A for measuring pulse wave.
