<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating stripping processing in which burrs are not generated in a resin coating stripping part. <P>SOLUTION: A stripping device 100 strips two longitudinally parallel side surfaces of a rectangular conductor 1 with a coating layer used for a winding coil of a rotary electric machine with a predetermined shaving margin. The stripping device 100 includes: an upper-side separation punch 20 having an upper projected blade 21 to cut the coating layer of the upper surface of the coated rectangular conductor 1 with a stripe forming line 21' perpendicular to the longitudinal direction; a lower-side separation punch 30 having a lower projected blade 31 to cut the coating layer of the lower surface of the coated rectangular conductor 1 with the stripe forming line 21' perpendicular to the longitudinal direction; and a longitudinal stripping cutter 10 which stripes two side surfaces simultaneously with the predetermined shaving margin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
