PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary stamp with a replacement stamp, wherein the replacement stamp is easily attached/detached to/from the rotary stamp. SOLUTION: The rotary stamp with a replacement stamp includes: a rotary stamp 10 having an endless print belt 6 having a plurality of prints 6a on its outer surface and wound between a rotatably disposed rotor 4 and its lower end; a fixed stamp 20 attached to the lower part of the rotary stamp 10 and having a first print hole for exposing the prints 6a located at the lower end of the endless print belt 6; and a replacement stamp 31 attached to the lower end of the rotary stamp 10 and having a print part 32 exposed from a second print hole formed in the fixed stamp 20.
