PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas-barrier lamination film which can be suitably used when a high gas-barrier property is required. SOLUTION: The gas-barrier lamination film is prepared by successively forming an anchor layer 2, a gas-barrier layer 3 made of silicon oxide represented by SiOxCy(x is 1.5 to 2.0 and y is 0 to 0.5) and an overcoat layer 4 on at least one surface of a base layer 1, wherein refractive index n1 of the base layer 1, refractive index n2 of the anchor layer 2, refractive index n3 of the gas-barrier layer 3 and refractive index n4 of the overcoat layer 4 are presented by n1>n2>n3>n4, respectively 1.4≤n2≤1.7, 1.3≤n3≤1.6, 1.2≤n4≤1.5, thickness of the anchor layer 2 is 10 to 100 nm, thickness of the gas-barrier layer 3 is 10 to 100 nm and thickness of the overcoat layer 4 is 10 to 100 nm.
