PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a press machine in which the bottom dead center position of a slide can be adjusted. SOLUTION: The press machine includes: a crankshaft rotatably supported by a frame, and having an eccentric shaft part; a connection member connected to the eccentric shaft part; a link member whose one edge is connected to the connection member via a first pivot arranged parallel to the crankshaft; a slide guided movably in a vertical direction, and holding a mold, and connected to the other edge of the link member via a second pivot arranged parallel to the crankshaft; a rocking arm connected to the connection member via a third pivot arranged at intervals from the first pivot and parallel to the first pivot; a fourth pivot arranged parallel to the first pivot and coupled to the rocking arm at intervals from the third pivot; and a positioning mechanism displaceably positioning the fourth pivot.
