PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a design property by lowering the recognizability of an internal structure disposed inside an outer casing. SOLUTION: An outer casing 2 has an upper surface portion 3. An internal structure 14 has a circuit substrate 16 that generates heat when driven and electronic components 18, 18, ..., and is disposed inside the outer casing 2. On the upper surface portion 3 of the outer casing 2, heat dissipating holes 7, 7, ... are formed to communicate with the inside of the outer casing 2. Inside the heat dissipating holes 7, level difference surfaces 11, 11, ... are formed to face the same direction as the direction that an upper surface 3a of the upper surface portion 3 faces. The glossiness of the level difference surfaces 11, 11, ... is made higher than the glossiness of the upper surface 3a of the upper surface portion 3. As a result, when a person sees the upper surface portion 3, the level difference surfaces 11, 11, ... with high glossiness come in a view, which lowers the recognizability of the inside of the outer casing to make the internal structure 14 hard to be seen.
