PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector especially for a coaxial cable, which is excellent in high frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: A housing 15 is formed of rubber. The housing 15 includes a pressing part 153 which surrounds a terminal 132 of a center contact 13 and a center conductor 191 of the coaxial cable 19 and gets compressed when a caulking part 173 of a shell 17 is caulked, and which presses the center conductor 191 of the coaxial cable 19 against the terminal 132 with its repulsion.
