<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for assembling a stator of a rotary electrical machine wherein component processing and assembling work are performed easily and efficiently with a simple structure, and stator positioning is precisely performed. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed the structure for assembling the stator including a stator holder and a stator core. The stator holder includes a flange part 23 extending radially outwardly from one cylindrical end edge and having a plurality of positioning holes 31 isolated in the circumferential direction, and a fixing part (a fixing hole 41). A case 8 includes a positioning pin 81 which has an outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the positioning holes 31 of the flange part 23 of the stator holder and can be inserted into each positioning hole 31, and a fixing seat (a screw hole 82). Each positioning hole 31 of the flange part 23 of the stator holder includes at least three bent parts 51, 52 extending from a peripheral edge 311 of the positioning hole 31 toward the inside, and the respective bent parts 51, 52 are formed by being bent to the flange part 23 at an arbitrary position in a longitudinal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
