PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove capable of easily disposing a trivet on the prescribed position and direction to the burner, and having high cleanability as it can be easily wiped down. SOLUTION: This gas cooking stove includes a burner ring 3 having the approximate ring-shape in a plane view to close a clearance gap formed between an inner edge of a burner opening 10 formed on a top plate 1 and a burner 2 inserted to the burner opening 10, and the trivet 4 composed of a trivet frame 41 disposed around the burner 2 and having the approximate ring-shape in a plane view, and a plurality of trivet claws 42 disposed in the circumferential direction of the trivet frame 41. As a positioning means for determining the mounting position and direction to the burner ring 3, of the trivet frame 41 to the predetermined position and direction, the trivet frame 41 is formed into the noncircular shape in a plane view, and the burner ring 3 is provided with a trivet frame fitting section to which the trivet frame 41 can be fitted.
