<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate preventing blocking of fine holes due to accumulation of fine particles inside the fine holes. <P>SOLUTION: The plate 12 has a plurality of fine holes 14 formed to penetrate through a top and a bottom of the plate 12, with smooth inner surfaces, with an inner diameter formed to be large according as the inner diameter goes from the bottom of the plate 12 toward the top of the plate 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
