PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cable from buckling using a method different from conventional methods. SOLUTION: When a curved portion 15A is positioned at an advancing side in a movement direction of a carriage 11, a tension-providing mechanism 17 that provides tension to a cable 15, by contacting the curved portion 15A from the inside is provided. According to this means, a tension can be provided to a portion between a connection portion of the carriage 11 and the curved portion 15A in the cable 15, so that it is possible to reduce a compression force or make an acting force "0", or convert it into a tensile force, thereby preventing the cable 15 from buckling.
