PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high-speed liquid chromatography device capable of obtaining the same separation effect as a constant speed gradient elution method and capable of shortening a measuring time. SOLUTION: In a case that the past pressure value is converted to a constant pressure gradient program on the basis of a trace by a data processor 13, the pressure value trace file stored in a pressure trace memory part 13a is selected to be displayed on a display and a pressure value is set. The constant speed gradient program, which is stored in the constant speed gradient program memory part 13c, is converted to a constant pressure gradient program by a constant pressure gradient program conversion part 13b and the numerical value due to the converted constant pressure gradient program is displayed. The liquid feeding parts 5 and 6 of a liquid feeding pump 4 are controlled according to the constant pressure gradient program displayed on a screen by a flow velocity indication part 13d and a mixing ratio indication part 13c.
