PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical bearing device capable of omni-directionally rotating a spherical body quickly and accurately. SOLUTION: The spherical bearing device 10 is composed of six ball bearings 11 arranged on a virtual spherical body R and a retaining base 21 to retain the six ball bearings 11 integrally. Each ball bearing 11 is equipped with a main sphere 12 contacting with the virtual spherical body R and two annular holders 13 to hold the main sphere 12 rotatably. Each annular holder 13 has six sub-spheres 14 arranged annularly and contacting with the main sphere 12 and an annular retainer 15 to retain the six sub-spheres 14 rotatably. The two annular holders 13 are arranged symmetrically about a virtual plane P which perpendicularly intersects with the center line L passing the center C1 of the virtual spherical body R and the center C2 of the main sphere 12 and passes the center C2 of the main sphere 12.
