An ebullient cooling device includes an accommodating unit in which a liquid cooling medium is accommodated, the liquid cooling medium receiving heat that results from a heating element and is an ebullient cooling device to be installed in vehicle, wherein the liquid cooling medium is a mixed liquid of water and ethanol, and the mixed liquid has an ethanol concentration of 40% by mass or more.
