Provided is a vehicle engine oil seal which exerts excellent sliding properties throughout the entire revolution range of the engine; from the low revolution range to the high revolution range. Specifically, disclosed is a vehicle engine oil seal provided with an elastic member having a seal lip section, which is at least disposed with a main lip section, wherein: the elastic member is formed from a composition containing a fluororubber and a fluororesin; at least the surface of the abovementioned main lip section is formed with a convex; the convex is essentially formed from the fluororesin contained in the aforementioned composition; the fluororesin is a copolymer containing a polymerization unit derived from ethylene and a polymerization unit derived from tetrafluoroethylene; and the fluororubber is a polymer containing a polymerization unit derived from vinylidene fluoride.
