The device has a fabric element (2) with an electrical heating conductor and designed as surface radiators to heat an inner space of a car, where the device is mounted or pivoted in or to a sun visor. The fabric element is formed as a removable cargo safety net for protecting passengers and is arranged between rear compartment and loading compartment of the car. The fabric element is designed as a roller blind for a window of the car. The net is fastened at a headliner and/or in a roof eyelet (4) and is stressed between a roller blind cassette (3) and a rod.
