The device has a corner profile element fastened to sandwich plates that are arranged at an angle with each other. A corner joint is outwardly covered by the corner profile element that includes inner and outer profiles (4, 5), where the outer profile partially lies and overlaps on the inner profile by form-fitting three point bearings. The outer profile includes channels (14-16) for receiving cables and/or an attachment of supporting-and railing systems, where one of the channels is closed by a replaceable hard rubber profile (17).
