PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for longtime-maintaining reexamination protecting information for a malicious code, and a computer readable recording medium containing the program thereof are provided to increase the diagnosis speed by maintaining the reexamination prevention information for a file which has been inspected even when a signature list for a diagnosis engine is updated. CONSTITUTION: A reexamination prevention list storage unit(530) stores a reexamination prevention list, and the reexamination prevention list includes a first tag of a file for which a diagnostic engine performs infection inspection. A tag comparator(560) compares a second tag of the signature added to a signature list with a first tag of each file of the reexamination prevention list. The signature list includes the second tag which is the tag of the signature of the diagnostic engine. If the first tag is identical to the second tag, a reexamination prevention list manager(570) deletes the file from the reexamination prevention list. |
