摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device capable of reducing a difference between a writing time for a voltage in a H (high) level to a pixel electrode and a writing time for a voltage in an L (low) level even when a transfer gate is used as a pixel switching circuit upon employing a digital driving system, and to provide electronic equipment and a projection type display device including the liquid crystal device. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel switching circuit 30 in a liquid crystal device 100 having a digital drive system comprises a transfer gate including an N channel transistor 30N and a P channel transistor 30P.
