<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run allowing improvement of mounting workability on a mounting part, while improving external appearance quality and preventing falling from the mounting part. <P>SOLUTION: This glass run 5 includes a base bottom part 14, a body part 11 including side wall parts 15 and 16 extending from the base bottom part 14, having a substantially U-shaped cross section and attached to a sash part DS including flange parts 55 and 56 opposed to each other, seal lips 12 and 13 extending from each distal end of the side wall parts 15 and 16 to the inside of the body part 11, and a connecting part 21 formed to be extended and contacted in the base bottom part 14. The whole region of the longitudinal direction is integrally formed by a mold molding. The side wall parts 15 and 16 include holding ribs 27 and 28 projecting to the outside of the body part 11 and formed to be opposite and close to step parts 57 and 58 formed in flange parts 55 and 56 in an outer peripheral direction of a window W.
