<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure information measurement device which is configured to carry out pulse wave measurement correctly by recognizing erroneous attachment. <P>SOLUTION: The blood pressure information measurement device 1A comprises: a pulse wave measurement air bag 23 to be wrapped around a predetermined location on the upper arm; a blood pressure value measurement air bag 24 to be wrapped around a position which includes a more distal part of the upper arm compared to the predetermined location; a pressure sensor 33A which detects the internal pressure of the pulse wave measurement air bag 23; a pressure sensor 33B which detects the internal pressure of the blood pressure value measurement air bag 24; a CPU 40 which acts as a controller; and a display unit 42 and a buzzer 44 which notify erroneous attachment. When the CPU 40 detects, on the basis of pressure information detected by the pressure sensor 33A and pressure information detected by the pressure sensor 33B, that the blood pressure value measurement air bag 24 is not wrapped around a position which includes a more distal part of the upper arm compared to the predetermined location, the CPU notifies a subject or the like by means of the display unit 42 and the buzzer 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
