摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having high electric conductivity in a simply manner by only laminating a tetrathiafulvalene derivative and an electron-accepting compound without being subjected to a complicated process. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated film of the tetrathiafulvalene derivative and the electron accepting compound expressed by general formula (I). In the formula (I), X is an atom selected from a carbon atom or a sulfur atom or a nitrogen atom and the atoms may be the same as or different from one another.
