<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector assembly capable of downsizing a connector. <P>SOLUTION: The connector assembly 1 comprises a connector 10 having a contact terminal 11, a cable 20 having a conductor 221, a wiring board 30 for connecting the connector 10 to the cable 20. The wiring board 30 has a first connecting part 32 which is arranged at a first pitch P<SB>1</SB>and to which the contact terminal 11 is electrically connected, a second connecting part 33 which is arranged at a second pitch P<SB>2</SB>and to which the conductor 221 of the cable 20 is electrically connected, and wiring 34 for connecting the first connecting part 32 and the second connecting part 33.
