<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seatbelt device, preventing a seat belt from coming around behind a seatback when the seatback is folded forward and again erected, and providing a nice wearing feeling of the seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: The seatbelt device 1 includes a rear seat 21, the seatbelt 3, and a guide portion 4 equipped on the upper portion of the seatback 21. The guide portion 4 is provided with a projection portion 40 equipped on the vehicle outer side of the seatbelt 3 that hangs from the belt guide outlet 30. The projection portion 40 does not regulate the seatbelt 3 in the vehicle vertical direction. When the seatback 21 is folded from the upright position A to the forward bent position B, the seatbelt 3 engages with the projection portion 40.
