<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O/W/O Pickering emulsion which can be prepared even by only one-stage emulsification step without using a surfactant, is produced in a high yield, and is excellent in long-term stability. <P>SOLUTION: The O/W/O Pickering emulsion is in a state where aqueous phase particles having confined oil phase particles in the inner part thereof are dispersed in an oil phase. Organic silicone particulates containing specific hollow hemispherical organic silicone particulates are localized in the interfaces between the aqueous phase and the oil phases on the both sides thereof. The emulsion contains 10-35 mass% of the aqueous phase, 55-80 mass% of the oil phases, and 1-10 mass% of the organic silicone particulates (a total of 100 mass%). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
