<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste composition for solar cell that enhances solder bonding strength without spoiling electric characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: Fine Ni or NiO is added to paste for electrode including Ag powder as a conductor component, thereby a light receiving surface electrode has high solder bonding strength when provided on an n-type silicon substrate. Further, a conductive path is suitably formed between the silicon substrate and Ag in the light receiving surface electrode, so that contact resistance between the silicon substrate and light receiving surface electrode decreases so as to have electric characteristics equal to or higher than that when Ni etc., is not added. Consequently, wire thinning is facilitated and light reception area is increased so as to give the same or higher photoelectric conversion efficiency. Thus, the paste for electrode which enhances the solder bonding strength without spoiling the electric characteristics and is suitable for the light receiving surface electrode for solar cell, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
