PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition for an electrode capable of aiming at dispersion stability without impeding conductivity of an electrode active material and a conductive assistant and improving wettability of the electrode active material to electrolyte and improving performance of a battery and a capacitor manufactured by using the conductive composition for an electrode. SOLUTION: In the conductive composition for an electrode made of a conductive material, a solvent, and a wetting improver, the conductive material has a bulk density of 0.01-0.20 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and a volume resistivity of 0.001-0.1Ω×cm (when a compression density is 0.9 g/cm<SP>3</SP>).
