PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable oil-in-water type emulsified composition capable of compounding ascorbic acid-2-phosphate magnesium salt and/or ascorbic acid 2-glucoside at a high concentration. SOLUTION: This oil-in-water type emulsified composition contains (A) 3 mass% ascorbic acid-2-phosphate magnesium salt, (B) 2 mass% ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, (C) polyoxyethylene sterol ether and (D) a polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of 1×10<SP>4</SP>to 2×10<SP>4</SP>.
