PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate protecting nearly flat paper samples and specimens, e.g. photographs, inexpensively and simply in an observable and browsable state. SOLUTION: The laminate 10 has a first flexible sheet 102, a release sheet 104 and a second flexible sheet 106, in this order. An adhesive is applied almost entirely to the sides of the first and second sheets in contact with the release sheet, and at least one of the first sheet 102 and the second sheet 106 has light translucency.
